Information we collect
We collect the contact and event details you provide through our booking form — name, phone, email, organization, venue, date and any special requests — so that we can scope and deliver your production.
Recordings and streams
Memorial streams are unlisted and, where requested, protected by a viewing code. We never publish, market with, or share a recording of a private service without written permission from the family or organization that engaged us.
How we use your information
Solely to respond to your request, coordinate your event, deliver your recording and maintain our own records. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Retention
Master recordings are retained for twelve months so families can request additional copies, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them longer. Contact records are retained for as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing miamimemorialmedia@gmail.com.
