Terms of Service

Bookings
A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed once a producer has agreed the date, venue and scope with you in writing. Funeral services are prioritised over all other work.
Delivery
Every engagement includes a live stream and a permanent HD recording. Recordings are delivered within 24 hours of the service unless a different timeline is agreed in advance.
Access and venue conditions
Clients are responsible for securing venue permission and access at the agreed setup time. Where a venue restricts filming or power, we will advise alternatives but cannot guarantee coverage.
Cancellation
Funeral and memorial bookings may be rescheduled at no charge. Non-memorial bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a crew fee.
Reliability and liability
We use bonded multi-carrier internet with automatic failover and always record locally as a safeguard. Our liability for any interruption is limited to the fees paid for the affected engagement.
